One of the employees gave me grief about my service dog for PTSD (veteran) in the humidor. I explained to him that it wasnt a pet, but he still baulked at me, with attitude I might add. I was offended that he assumed my service dog, from an agency no less, would do something to harm the super special cigars. Moreover, the prices for cigars are higher than they need to be, and the DE Ligas, Fuente Opus X, and Padron are locked behind glass. So you have to ask someone to help you out, just to get a look at what they have in stock. But wait, Im not done, you cant even burn one in store. You have to join a super secret club, and pay like 10 bucks to get into the lounge. Yeah, would not go back.

I have been to this place many times, the staff will always do everything they can to ensure your order is filled, even to the extent of making special orders from their supplier. Knowledgeable, friendly, modern...couldnt ask for better. Thanks for making me feel welcome and valued all these years.

They are liars to cheat you out of money. I wanted to buy 2 twelve packs of Blue Moon for approx $30. They told me to buy the 24 pack for $32 because it had a $10 rebate that would make it cheaper. But there was no rebate!!

Its hard to find a good hookah supply shop let alone a beer store and cigar lounge that sells a large amount of Mya hookahs, several brands of coals and sheisha.
