Pretty ticked with my situation. Bought a Cloud Pen 2.0 from this store. Paid with cash. When i asked for a receipt the cashier said they ran out of paper but dont worry the warranty notification slip could be used as a receipt. however, the warranty did not list what i purchased, when it was purchased, what it cost. It only said to call their vendor if i had a problem do not call cloud pen directly. Well about a month later the button on my pen got jammed and i needed to get it replaced. I called one flight up and explained the situation and the guy who answered the phone said sure no problem we can hand write you a receipt if you need it... just call our vendor and see what you need and give us a call back. Called the vendor and they said they couldnt help with the warranty that i needed to go through cloud pen direclty. cloud pen needs a receipt. tried calling one flight up back they didnt answer. i left a message they never called back. i called over and over for the next few days and they didnt answer. now im out $80. Dont waste your time.

You will not find a better shop than One Flight Up! This place is a real gem; their selection is immense, diverse, unique and the prices are low. The best thing about One Flight Up is their staff. Drew is awesome, friendly and extremely helpful; he spent a great deal of time and effort getting me set up with exactly what I needed to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my new rig. My experience was so great, i had no problem spending boatloads of $$$ here and I wont be shopping anywhere else!

Im from out of town and was in need of a smoking device since I wasnt able to take it on the plane. I went into this shop and the worker there was named Kasandra (I think). She helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a price that could not be beat! The atmosphere was great and the service she provided me with was OUTSTANDING. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
