I was excited to see a smoke shop so close to my new job, but in the end, I just ended up disappointed. Between the owners young child retrieving smoking accessories out of the locked cabinet and the incredibly poor customer service, I wont be returning to this store. I was shocked at the lady running the stores reaction to a couple minutes worth of calm, civil persistence in asking for some kind of concession after they sold me the wrong accessory. I understand that they are not legally allowed to take returns on smoking accessories, but a token discount on my next purchase or something to that effect might have made me feel as if these people cared about me as a customer. Instead, she started yelling at me about how she couldnt do anything at all for me, and complained extensively about how she works long hours and has children. She also insulted my intelligence for thinking she should take an attitude other than that of "youre SOL, go away." THEN, she yelled at me accusing me of making her lose her composure. Its nice for her and all that she thinks having children and working a shift-based schedule constitutes hardship, but if you dont want to provide a certain level of customer service, dont open a retail store in the US.

Completely disgusted with the quality of oroducts I received from this store. I spent about $100 buying a Zippo lighter and vape supplies. They even "filled" the lighter for me. Later that day when I finally get to open and try my products I was left with the disappointment of a BROKEN ZIPPO (a $40 lighter for anyone who isnt aware) and HALF FILLED vape flavors. I mean, it doesnt get any worse then being sold the items they could not get rid of and gip their customers. I never write reviews unless I am utterly disgusted, but I would not let my worse enemy spend their hard earned money at this shop. Please, NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I had photo proof and even went back the next day, all they told me was no refunds or exchanges and said "thats why zippo comes with a warrenty" who knew I would leave that store just to have to find another shop with more integrity. If you value your time and money, dont shop here, not even for something small. I hope the owners read this and treat customers better, unfortunately, I will not be giving you all a second chance without a refund or exchange or at least and apology. Theres are plenty of cigare/vape/tobocco stores

Look at Elanes review. Exact same thing happened to me with a Colibro pipe lighter. Sold it for $70 assuring me its a high quality lighter that I got for my pops on Christmas. It stopped working after only a day of use. I tried to bring it back to exchange it and they just push the "it has a warranty and we have a store policy". What they dont tell you is that Colibro charge $10 for a warranty exchange while a lot of online reviews for that lighter have shown it frequently fails, and they up-charged it from the vendor recommended price of $50. This is a terrible place to shop, and if this is really the best place around Columbia, thats pitiful. I dont know why others are praising their service, all they do is up-charge you and not stand by their products when there is a problem. The only good thing from this place is I learned you shouldnt believe store vendors without doing your own research, no matter how simple a product is.

Although Cigare is not my usual spot for cigars.. I am constantly drawn back to THIS location specifically. Not only due to their vast selcection of cigars from all across the globe, but also due to the staff who runs this shop. They are kind, well mannered, and actually try to help you pick out a cigar that will have an even GREATER impact on your personal smoking experience.. then on there sales charts.. I would recommend this shop not only to the experienced smokers, but also to those who are new to this timeless lifestyle. So come on in, and have a stick, you will NOT regret your stop at Cigare in the Columbia Mall. -Reggie Lee

Love the vapes, amazing service. I highly recommend this store. They face a lot of crap from customers because of the federal laws always pissing off the customers. But what can you do? You cant take back used tobacco products. I, however, highly recommend this place you will never go wrong with picking it. Amazing selection of cigars, vapes, pipes, and anything you could ever want tobacco related.

He isnt the guy that owns the store, his wife does. She is alot nicer and gives out a crazy amount of discounts especially to repeat customers. She waves at me as I even just walk by the store. Plus she knows what she is talking about. I have been served by the guy you speak of when she was around and she is always getting on him about doing stuff wrong.

Their selection is really great and the people there are always really helpful if I have any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a really great tobacco store in the area.

This is by far the best tobacco store in Columbia I have ever visited. The staff is very knowledgeable on the brands they offer, and theyll even go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied. But when Im here I usually go with their Cohibas to light up for the night. And let me tell yall. When I say its lit, ITS LIT.
