Do not go here! They have terrible customer service and are extremely overpriced! I bought a small piece after talking to the cashier about not being sure if it would fit. She promised me that she would refund it if I brought it back the same day. I came back an hour later and she refused to give me a refund and that they only would do store credit. She lied to me to make a sale. The piece there cost $24, I went to bamboo eater down the road and got a similar, but even better, piece for $10. Shady employees work at Mr. Smokeys that will lie just to get you to buy something.

broke a carb cap after dropping it alot. so I decided to go and buy a new carb cap. wanted to support a local glass shop I was nearby, and decided to go in here. the quality of product is not good at all! the carb cap I bought wasnt even used. just gently placed on mat and the crappy glass broke. I will be sure to spread the word on how they rip off indiviudals woth cheap made glass, only to charge outrageously! at least bamboo is pricey bit the quality is by far worth it!

The employees really know what theyre talking about when it comes to the bowls they sell, and are very personable. I really enjoy just coming in to look around and chat the staff. High quality bowls, bongs, grinders, scales, and they even sell the very specific type of wraps I like. One of my favorite smoke shops.
