I was disappointed with some of the staff, they werent very friendly or showed initiative to see if I needed any help this past Saturday. It was horrible. Just horrible. the only reason I will be coming back is because of drew & Rachel luckily. Only TWO people really showed initiative to help me and I saw at least 2 people in the store and 2 in the hospital. Drew helped me switch to NOW for my dog and shes in love with it and im glad shes finally enjoying her food because she wasnt eating for the longest time and he took the patience out of his day to help me even though I could tell he was busy. My customer service about grooming from Rachel was phenomenal! Shes am absolute doll! She has such a bubbly personality and tried her best to answer all my questions even though she was in the middle of helping the groomer . Great attitude towards me and my dog and I will only be bringing my dog back when she starts grooming after her training is finished! Other than Drew & Racheal being AMAZING staff, you really should have a meeting or something about your other staff and teach them about being more efficient about helping customers! I walked around for at least 15 minutes before I had Racheal ask if I needed any help. Other than that, I would recommend this place to everyone, for the employees who do care about animals and the clients and they have a great selection of food, toys, etc. They also have a grooming room which I suggest to wait until June when Rachel starts grooming because the groomer that day was just being rude, and they also have a great DR who I will be switching too.

Im giving this place 1 star because I cannot post without giving one, otherwise I would give them nothing - which is what I walked out with after waiting for 30 mins for 2 fish. I came in last weekend to buy 2 pleccos but the employee there was helping another customer. I waited and waited thinking she would eventually greet me or tell me she would get to me soon but she didnt even acknowledge me or my daughter. The customer she was helping was also being a jack*ss considering she saw me and my kid waiting behind her but instead she made it worse by asking more questions about the fish and products and dragging out the time. The cashier never once left the register to assist, I understand its difficult to be enthusiastic about a pet store job but it is your job and you should at least pretend to care. I basically walked out after wasting my time...Ive purchased fish and aquarium accessories and even dog food from this place in the past but you wont catch spending another dime here.

Very unhappy, They sent me a coupon for half off for an office visit so I took my 6 year old English Bulldog for itching problem and hot spots. This isnt the first time my Dog has had this problem so I have had many trips to the Vet. Within 10 minutes my Bill was up to $150 after a couple Cultures he loaded me up with shampoo, conditioner, new food and a couple Meds my Bill was $343. I have never had any vet do this, usually its a shot and an antibiotic and hes good. Five days later and after Bathing him every two days nothing has gotten better. I feel it was a big Sale job, I will never go Back.

Large pet supply store, had what I was looking for. They also have a vet clinic, no herp vet though so for those of us with reptiles it doesnt really help. Reptile section is one isle & their "for sale" reptiles seemed to have some mouth rot. It had what I needed in a pinch since my basking bulb blew early in the morning so I was able to get a replacement. Otherwise pretty standard care of the animals they have for sale which in pet stores usually means bare minimum. Very friendly staff though. Super nice.

If you want to spoil your pet this is the place to do it. All the food is high quality, approved and chosen by the veterinarian. I feed my cat different foods from the brands they carry and she only eats the food I can get here. I happily recommend them to anyone who has a pet. And the prices are not high at all.

This is an awesome, locally owned pet store. I buy Whole Earth Farms dog food and the Blue Holistic cat food there and theyre cheaper than me buying at PetCo (plus theyre closer!). Every time I go in I am offered assistance with a smile. They have a good selection of turtle stuff such as food, pumps and ramps.

Well that was a big waste of time-- went to get vaccines and advertised wellness check today only to find no vet staff there. Not to worry, Ill get my 4 animals vet care and supplies elsewhere.

Groomer was wonderful. My dog Sprocket looks and smells so clean. The staff at the store was so helpful and I will definitely be returning for all my fur babies needs. A+++!!!!
