I paid my money to add a line to my husbands account making it 80$/month with unlimited data. The dumb guy never called Verizon to port my number or activate my phone. He failed to give me receipt and confirmation # and I didnt notice til I got home. He also broke alot of rules and bragged to me about being on ecstasy...report was filed with corporate but i need my phone #(same 1 I had) working. I personally think he kept the cash I gave him for drugs. I am furious and planning on suing for multiple reasons.

Im done with metro pcs . terrible coustmor service . Always makeing exsuses of why they cant help you . when i was sold my ohine tgey qoute on qoute told me i had to buy an upgrade . which when i called cooorate to file a complaint . They told me that wasnt true . on top of that , when i needed to make a change in billing. They make it super difficult and give you the go around . im switching phone plans. If your thinking about switching to metro . youd be wise to not even waste your time .

I walked into the store to buy two items It was time to pay my bill but I have four days right when I walked in everyone started laughing two customers and two staff members the one cashier was talking with the customers about people faces looking upset when they walk through the door and how she dosent have time for that the other cashier looked at me kept laughing then said can I help you I decided just to pay my bill and go somewhere else for the two products
