Last week ordered subs online went to the store and was told I was early, 5 minutes earlier, and subs were not prepared. I then continued to shop came back after the original time and still not prepared. I was then handed one sub and the other was no where to be found. When I asked for the other sub she had no idea what I was asking for. I showed her the confirmation email for two subs and given nothing but excuses. The deli department stinks. She was more concerned that she would be late to lunch instead of waiting on the customer. If I could give you 0 stars I would.

Its nice to see familiar faces when I shop. Barbara was the cashier. Shes always pleasant and makes her customers feel at home. The young lady who bagged my groceries was wonderful also. She was so attentive! My visit was about 1120 on June 22. Corporate could learn a lot from observing these 2 employees! Customer service was the main principle upon what Publix was founded.

This store gets worse everyday. If the deli dept moved any slower they would go backward in time. Good God what happened to this store??? Apparently Publix hired a management team that can not motivate their employees at this store to take care of the customer and move with at least a tiny bit of urgency.
