The worst experience trying to pickup a U-Haul trailer that was already reserved and checked in online. After a 15 minute wait for two people (and third person they had on the phone) to figure out their computer system, their printer didnt have enough ink to print a clear copy of the contract then they led me to equipment I didnt rent. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place.

The staff is wonderful, and the work they do is even better. Charity at its peak, for certain. The U-Haul dealing at this location is also great. The trucks are clean, it was quick in-and-out getting our truck and trailer.
