I have visited the store often. Years ago I was a member of the Oviedo Winter Springs Lions Club and another member and I were shopping for home goods, bedding and such to furnish an apt at the Coalition for the Homeless in Orlando that the Lions Club sponsored. We were able to get bedding, kitchen items, etc. and when Cindy found out what it was for, she charged us very little. I have gotten to know her since then and have donated because I am assured that anyone in need will be cared for. She and the outreach take needed items to GIVE to the homeless from the store, so on a cold weekend like this one, I brought some blankets and such, but she does the work. There is a special place in heaven for these people.

The owner never gave me a minute of her precious time after I wasted plenty of mine waiting on her. She never took ownership to resolve a problem I encountered with an article of clothing from her store. I was reminded of their "No Refund" policy right away even though I wasnt looking for a refund. I watched the volunteers smile at all the customers spending their money there as they had smiled at me when I had spend my money but now that I needed their help I was let to wait on the owner who cowardly never came out. I walked out to NEVER return. I have 4 kids and do spent plenty of my hard earned money that will now go to another business in my community.

Was referred by a church, to check it out.. def didnt meet my expectations, but over exceeded them ! I came with one purpose on my mind , yet left with many blessings in one. The Owner and staff were such amazing people, I felt so blessed to have come across such Genuwine people, who inspire and treat you as their family not knowing you from Adam ! I am happy to have met them and will continue to sing praises of their ministry . It is not just a thrift store. it Is a ministry. A blesing to our community from the Lord. And I thank God for them ;)

Owner seems polite but is actually moody and snippy; doesnt seem to have much regard for the volunteers and insults their intelligence behind their backs. Store is poorly ventilated, very hot (on hot days) and very dusty. Its also very small and feels claustrophobic when shopping. Careful letting your kids volunteer here: location attracts a lot of rift-rafts who you wouldnt want your kid hanging around.

The Outreach Thrift seems like a really nice place. I dont know what the person from a few years ago was talking about them not liking Americans but that was so not true when I went there. It has that old fashioned store type of feel by how they know a lot of people that go there and have a monthly Saturday lunch to get people together.

After years of volunteering for Cindy, I will say that I am shocked by her condescending attitude towards volunteers, community service workers and her "employees". The fact that most donations are thrown away, not ok. A Wolf in Sheeps clothing......im disturbed by her behavior as a customer and volunteer.

One of the best places to go to on a Sunday when I dont have work. Everyone is very friendly and Cindy is a really cool person to talk to. The thrift store has a huge variety of clothes and toys for kids. I would recommend coming to this place over anywhere else!

Lovely little shop. One of the few mom and pop stores left in such a commercialized state. Theyre supposedly non-profit. If youre looking for a cute gift for anyone, definitely stop here. Theres a little something for everyone.

Its a house thats been converted into a thrift store, so if you dont mind shopping for trinkets in someones bathroom, this is the place for you.
