I recently visited this Goodwill today. I was treated very rudely by a white haired old man with a ponytail (lovely attitude) tried and asked him nicely if he could carry a set of dishes to the front for me. I put everything in one box to make it easier on him to carry and me. I had both prices from both boxes he started putting them back in the other box and tried to hide the other price tag. So I found it and showed him then he says they have to be resorted then put back out. The man was so rude I told him never mind not worth it It was like under $20.00 plus donated to begin with just crazy! I have shopped at Madison Goodwill over 20 years never treated the way he treated me, dont think Ill be shopping there again.Keep treating people like that and youll lose all your business in Madison! Horrible sales man!

This is the worst Goodwill I have ever visited. I kept giving them chances. Three times I visited this particular Goodwill I seen such outrageous prices that I walked out the door ready to yell at someone. When you receive your merchandise for free and try to sell at nearly new pricing that is theft. Do yourself a favor and support the Mentor and Eastlake Goodwill as they try to keep everything around a couple dollars.

We love this store. We have gotten to know the associates and they treat us like family. Though my daughter is young they stop and chat with her. They know us personally and we always find great bargins. Sometimes things are priced high but just wait for it to go on sale.

What is up with the high prices in this store? They get the stuff for free and jack the prices up...especially on furniture!! STOP wasting your money there and give it to a charity that does believe in helping people and NOT padding their own pockets!!!
