Ive used Low Cost Appliance twice now, once for my dryer last year & once for my washer last week. This company is awesome! Talked over what was going on & what they thought was wrong, got me right on the schedule working with when I was available, the actual repair was done quickly and was what they said both times & overall they are extremely pleasant to work with and very reasonably priced. Keith is a great guy & running a honest / trustworthy company. Ive even passed along their information to my landlord who has several rental properties. Thank you guys again, it means a lot knowing you have a place that you can trust to go to when something breaks and if I ever need to purchase an appliance I know where Im going.

I am currently dealing with Keith at this location I bought a Washer on 9/22 I have receipt in hand and because I picked it up, instead of them delivering for an extra fee. Now that it is not working right I am getting told I have to being it in. . Really a pain since it wont drain the water in it. I am waiting to see what will be done with this today I did ask to talk to the owner of the store I was told he is only there 5 mins a month. I will update this review based on my experience today.

We had just moved to Indian Rocks Beach and needed a good smooth top stove and dish washer. I dropped by Low Cost Appliances and met Greg and he had just what we needed--great appliances at a great price and very reasonable delivery rate. They give a good warranty to boot! Great place to do business--keep up the good work.

Bought stackable a little over 1 year ago and had to call them to come out and service 3 times already. All they do it grease it and charge a service fee. Here it is a few months later since the last service call and its making the same noise again! Its frustrating to say the least. I feel like i got a bandaided stackable.

We bought a refrigerator. The delivery guys broke our thermostat. And they told me to super glue it. The fridge has a water leak that runs into the freezer. But the owner adamantly insisted there was nothing wrong. Ok!!! Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere. Theyre real nice until you have a problem!!!

We bought a refurbished frig a few years ago from here for a good price. They delivered and installed with no issues. Its in our garage and still works today. We have called on them to service it a few times over the years. They are reasonably priced, honest & prompt. We would definitely recommend them!

We bought a washer and dryer from them -- so far so good! I am sure I could have gone to Craigslist and maybe saved a couple of dollars but they delivered and installed and great working units. I just referred a co worker I thought so well of them.
