Went to check out some helmets 4/2/15, this afternoon after work, I walk in and 2 employees or people standing there, one, was holding 2 dogs on a leash, the other i suppose an employee, was tinkering on a bike, when i walked in, i wasnt greeted....How normal stores work....They say....Hey hows it going, can i help you find something.... At kings bicycles on causeway....NOTHING like that, they didnt even say hello me.... felt awkward, not one person helped me....I guess they didnt want my money...oh well...I will never go to that store again...

Great service we were expecting to just drop off our bike and come back in a week. Instead he fixed our bikes in 10 minutes and even gave us a deal on a new bike for our son. From the second we walked in Luna (the big sweet Malamute) came over and greeted us. The owner helped us with all of our questions. And at the end of the day fixing both of our bikes (which were both unusable) cost us only 8$.

Took my husbands bike here for a much needed tune up. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful with teaching us about bike trailers to use for our daughter. My husband is back to biking daily, because his bike rides so nice. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family. Very affordable pricing too!
