Went to the new one in Stanford Ct and it was the worst shopping experience ever. I usually dont go to the outlet version of designer stores but I thought Since it looked nice id Give it a try. Never again. I was followed around by 4 workers the snore time just because I was looking at a $15 bag. $15?! Who cant afford that. They made me seem like a criminal when all I was doing was trying to shop. The workers are prejudice and racist and I will not be going back. I was so enraged that I left my whole basket of things for those workers to put back. I refused to spend a dime there.

I recently purchased a womans Burberry coat for my wife at this store, and was helped by the lovely Anya who showed us all the merchandice, and helped me get a 20% discount when it came purchasing time. Then, when they didnt have the correct size, she mailed it to our house, free of charge, and followed up with a call to make sure it arried on time. Thanks so much for the great service.

I have been their many times.So glad I found this store.Prices are the best and the sales staff is even better.Pat and John have both helped me shop and have called me to make sure I never miss the chance for one of the great sales. I have managed a car dealership for a lot time and really appreciate quality sales help and thats what this store has
