I recently had service performed on my car. Purchased and had 4 new tires put on and also had a $40.00 oil change change where they also check all fluids, etc. Upon walking up next to the service bays to give the keys to the service manager whom wrote up the order, the service tech (That would perform the work) walked up to me and said; "KEYS" No greeting, no hello, no eye contact, just said "KEYS". I understand she has a job to do and thats service the car, but come on....a little customer listening skills would be nice. Maybe she had some personal problem effecting her day, or sick, or upset at co-worker, whatever it was, I didnt deserve the cold treatment. I gave her the keys and attempted to make this statement, she just looked away, took the keys and walked away before I got 2 words out of my mouth. What I was attempting to say and in a neutral gender, polite respectful manner was this; "Would you please not bend the plastic engine guard while changing the oil filter, it must be removed or it will crack as before when oil changes were done". to service techs NOT removing it during oil filter change". She would not REPLY, RESPOND, OR EVEN LOOK IN IN MY EYES.....She just walked away. My complaint is this - Today, almost a week later, I opened the hood to check the oil and noticed the Cap to the Windshield Wiper fluid box is now absent. It is attached by a plastic ring that was in good shape prior to going in for this service, and now it is GONE. I just called the manager to report the lost part and waiting for call back for a RESOLUTION. ****************************************************** UPDATE - 9-2-2010 ***************************************************** WOW, the Service Manager called and said; Sorry, it never should have happened, I want to make this right. I will call you back tomorrow with a replacement part. He called as promised, and said "Please com in so I can install it for you". He also said "Please remember to bring in your receipt ( Tires, oil change purchase". I went in, met the manager and he was VERY concerned, apologetic and said he "Wanted to make this right". I said, "You will as soon as that replacement cap goes on". He said, "Thats not enough, I want to make this right by refunding the entire $40.00 charge for the oil change AND refund the new tires balancing $70.00". I said "you made it right by replacing the cap and I am satisfied with that", He replied "No, I want and insist on doing this for you, this is how I run my service shop and I want your business again and want to promise you my commitment to making it RIGHT". He also said " I am going to review the tapes ( the entire service center garage is under survalience) and see who worked on your car and speak and correct them on their performance". So when I left this Service center in Wilton, NY, my resolution experience turned out to be a very pleasant one. So, I have to amend my rating as (4 stars) for CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The employees were unpleasant at the front registers. The employees not at a register were super pleasant and helpful. I unfortunately left without a bag after pointedly asking does it seen like I have all of my bags. The employee replied yes rather hurriedly and out the door I went. When I went back in they showed me impatience and showed no remorse. They had 2 registers open which isnt awful usually because If I shop there late, which it was, I usually dont care. The had quite a line, in which I waited for 45 damned minutes. Supervisor, call someone over when theres that much of a wait. Honestly just about 45 minutes. Then I had to go looking for my missing product which the had given to the woman originally behind me. That was another 15 minutes. I SPENT LIKE 2 HOURS LAST NIGHT WASTING MY TIME. I get that its just another Wal-Mart, but you know what. Deal with your customers with patience. Take your time if you have everyone waiting that long anyways and you wont end up with dissatisfied people.

Dont shop at this store! They put used merchandise back on the shelves! I bought 4 air rifles and had to return all of them because they were all used. I even pointed out a used one that was missing pieces and was all rusted up to the associate working sporting goods and he said he would have to take it to the back. I went around the corner and came back, he put it back on the shelf. I also bought a Stanley tool set. It was missing pieces and the tools had oil on them and fingerprints. They had put new zip ties on it to make it look like it hadnt been opened. Yesterday, I bought a razor scooter for my son, again, missing pieces!!!! Who knows what they do with the food people return????? I have waisted so much time returning stuff here. I am done. I will not shop at this location anymore!

On a scale of 1-Walmart, this store is probably more like a Target, with better prices. Sure the bathroom can get pretty intense (skip the smelly one up front & use the restrooms directly behind the fabric section in the back, it will feel like a spa in comparison) but the store is impeccably clean, u rarely even find things on the lingering on the floor despite the fact that it is a pretty large facility. Get the Walmart app on your smartphone & then scan all your receipts after each visit...Walmart checks local fliers & gives u a gift card back for price matches every week. Skip the long lines & opt for self check out, its a breeze, park at the market entrance to utilize it. LAST, the nail salon inside is one of the best Ive been to in the country.

This Walmart has horrible bathrooms, Im not as saying cleanliness wise, but stall and other maintenance. Several stalls lack things, from latches to keep the door shut to toilet paper dispenser covers so you dont have toilet paper rolls launched at you, coat hooks, and other things are also not fixed. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is standard for most public restrooms, sometimes its bad sometimes its good. The bathrooms always seem to have a problem with running out of paper towels as the hand dryers are ancient. As for the other areas of the store its surprisingly well kept for a Walmart and has at times been cleaner than Target. Its a okay place to shop when you need something, I can find almost anything Im looking for.

The store wasnt to busy but only 1 cashier and she was brand new and had a line mile long. When we said something the guy said that they are switching over to all self check outs and there was nothing he could do about it.we that the lady was having a hard time could someone help her he said no and thats life. This will put alot of people out of work and the customer we not happy at all that there was only 1 line open. People dont like using self check outs. They have to get use to them. Isnt all about the customer? I felt so bad for the cashier people were given her grief. If Walmart is going to treat their customers and employees like this I wont go back.theres other stores.

This is a pretty big Walmart with the expected amount of verity, i was disappointed though in the photo/electronics department. I went into Walmart specifically looking for a specific type of SD card, i asked the man at the photo counter if it was something they carried because I didnt see it with the other SD cards, he told me that he wasnt sure and started looking though the flash drives. After clarifying to him what i was looking for he went behind his desk and continued with his magazine.
