I just scored the deal of a life time. Anyone who knows me knows, I dont like to shop for myself. I can shop for anyone else but when it comes to me, I hit a wall. The fitting room does it for me. Having to disrobe and try on everything is too long and frustrating because if it doesnt fit he first try, my excitement turns into negative thoughts. Much to my surprise, when I tried them on at home, most of the items I selected fit! No fitting room for me. Victory! My mom is a sears shopper and she racks up on the points. She took me on a shopping spree for no other reason than I am her daughter. There was a huge sale yesterday. Items were 30%-50% off. So I walked through the first floor looking for spring attire thats trendy, casual and comfortable but not too lounge looking. I snagged the items in my pics below. 1-blazer 2-jeans 4-blouses Plus some flip flops, a jump suit, a green blouse I did not photograph because I got them a little too big. So Im not a perfect judge of size. I think I still did great. And are you ready for this, all for $1.50! Are you screaming and running to the car yet? The store has a great sized parking lot. There are other stores near by too if you have other errands to run. The sales clerk/cashier added an additional 40%off coupon too! Great service! I will be shopping there again. Oh and at the register we snagged some notebooks with inspirational quotes from the Bible. They were only $.99 cents. Hope the sale is still running. Happy shopping. I mean saving that is.

Horrible. Kind of Glad Sears is Going out of Business! You people are terrible. Cannot bother to pick up a phone for any reason. A customer can call every department to no avail. Not even a manager will bother to pick up their phone. Then the system just hangs up on you. Not for any reason will anyone pick up the phone here. Ever. You can try all day. Service in person is just about as horrible. Like I said, I know Sears is in its death throes now, I cant wait till the doors are chained shut. You folks working there belong in the streets with a coffe cup jingling for change on a wintry street corner. Wish I could give Sears 0 stars. Sears Corporate, if youre looking for a location to close next, start with Sears Lake Success in New York. Chain those doors! Fire them all!

The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Went to pickup a work bench at the NHP location. Apparently Sears Policy is that they DO NOT inspect anything before they load it into your vehicle. When I opened the box at home, one of the main pieces was crushed. When I brought it back to the store, they had no more in stock and none of their other locations had the product either. Store ordered a new one scheduled to be at the store today. Not only did it not come in, but they cant track it. They cannot call me to let me know when the workbench does come in because they have a wrong phone # on record. They cannot update the phone # because it will affect the order. Not once did I hear an apology for the inconvenience.

I give 0 stars for the service in the SHOE DEPARTMENT in Sears Lake Success.Their customer service is lacking.I am writing a review today because I needed to get it out there as this is not the first time I was given attitude.There have been a number of occasions where I had eyes rolled at me, talking under the breathe when I ask for another size or shoe,and judgemental questioning if I had to return something.I have been going there for 5 years for my work boots and almost everytime I have come across a disgruntled worker.When I go to Garden Citys Sears shoe department or another department in the Lake Success Sears I do not receive this type of treatment.Makes me think it is an isolated problem

Placed online order to be picked up 9/26. Didnt get "my order is ready" email. Contacted sears 9/27, As per sears UPS tracking shows store received order 9/22. I can go there and they will give me the order. 9/28 I send someone in to get it. They said they dont have it yet. Maybe today. This store is such a disaster. Contact sears again, they will look into it and will have an answer in 3-5 days . How is that a realistic response? The order is there!! Why does it take 3-5 days for them to call the store directly while talking with me? I will avoid ordering from sears in the future because they have horrible customer service. Absolute nightmare

Horrible place horrible staff work on commission to sell third party extended warranty on hardware and appliances and third party wont even honor the warranty. Stay away from this location . I wish I read all those negative reviews before I deal with them. This location is really giving Sears bad name Sears should investigate. Managers dont even come in the front to deal with customers hiding in a backroom. I will be contacting corporate office will all the names. Stay away from this location!!!!

waited and still waiting for 3 months to get the rack as promised by this store. Still have not gotten it. The staff lies and pretend not to answer the phone. Wrote to corp who said deal with the store. No wonder Sear is going down. DO NOT BUY FROM this store the staff and customer service is NOT EXISTENT. If I could give negative stars...I would. Now back to me calling them to get my stuff.

This store is a little bit better than most Sears Ive been to. There is plenty of parking and the store is big. Im usually at the tool department. They have a lot , but theres room for improvement. I really miss goods made in the U.S.A. The place is wheelchair accessible and clean. Even the restrooms. Getting sales help is kind of tough sometimes. They should engage more customers.

Sears is usually one of my go to places. Love their tools. Very, very disappointed when i called three times and got an answering machine saying "No ones. available right now please leave a message????!!!??? " never. had this problem.. It. was only. 7 pm?!?!Its like they gave up!?! In customer. Service. one bad experience. , is a lasting. Impression. ...

I have spent the last half hour trying to reach a human on the phone. The automated system asks what dept. you want and you ask for it. Then you wait for 20 or so rings and it disconnects you. It worked this way for every dept I asked for, 20 rings and hangs up. Really amazing how far sears has gone done-hill these last few years, really a shame.

Dont buy from sears. order $2400 stack able washer/driver. 20 mins before delivery they tell me i need a stack kit. Website makes no comment about it and it should have suggested it. Dont buy from sears. There customer service is horrible. Sears should have its call centers in the USA and use american citizens to do this work.

Was looking for some wrench organizers, tried calling to check for availability. Nobody ever picked up the phone, decided to stop by anyway. Shelves are bare(has been since the last time I was there.)as the dust has not been touched. There an employee with really bad body odor. This store continues heading on a downward spiral.
