If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I ordered online a pair of red wing boots and FILA flip flops for my boyfriend. For some reason it said the sandals were only available for store pick up. The closest store to me that had them was in Garden City and I live in West Babylon so it takes about 30 minutes to get there but I really did not mind since there was no option to ship it with the boots. I arrived at the store and they told me to go downstairs for the pick ups. After waiting for 30 minutes a man came out and said he looked and could not find the sandals and that he also looked in the shoe department but was unable to locate the sandals. He tried to offer me $10 in coupons or speak to his manager. I said to get his manager. I was so upset between having to drive an hour round trip for something that they did not even have. Why would they send me an email saying something is ready for pick up when they were not even at the store? He did wind up giving me 2 pairs of docker sandals for basically nothing because I did flip out on him. I have also had a similar situation with Kmart and I believe the 2 store are associated with each other. Never buying anything from either stores again.

If I could give this store a 0 review I would have. I bought an air conditioner to be delivered and installed in another state close by to NY and the salesperson screwed up the order completely and blamed it on the other Sears store in the state of delivery. I kept on calling the store and was rerouted time and time again to some person in India whose English I could not understand. Finally I got to the salesperson that made the order in the first place. I asked for a cancellation and a refund of the order over the phone and was told by this very salesperson that I have to come in personally to the store as my credit card has a chip. Never heard of that excuse before. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. These salespeople make up the rules as they go along in order to save themselves. He said that I have to come personally to see him as he was the salesperson that put in the order. Nobody else in this store can cancel the order ??? Come on !!! No wonder Sears is losing business and closing a lot of stores. With staff like this man nobody will buy at Sears. NEVER AGAIN. I will always avoid Sears. Take my advice, stay away from this store.

I had a great experience at this location. It was black Friday and the store was very well run. The customer service department was especially helpful and fast. I would certainly return and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Literally the WORST sears i have EVER been to, customer service is absolute GARBAGE, and good luck reaching ANY department at ANYTIME because they dont answer ANY of their phones, I wouldnt wish going to this sears on my worst enemy.

Stores clean and organized. Employees are nice but so slow at their jobs. I dont bake them if they dont care lol I dont know how much lingers sears will be around but decent store. Most of appliances are overpriced

Sadly, this place is going downhill. Overpriced. Some (not all) staff is rude and really not very helpful. We go there at times out of necessity, not for casual shopping.
