This is probably one of the worst stores to shop at. While I cannot argue with the quality of some of the products they sell, I can tell you that getting any actual assistance from an employee is next to impossible. The store is extremely confusing because they have piles and piles of merchandise obscuring your view of the layout of the store and while in there, you cannot find your way around. Couple that with the fact that you cannot get any help and it makes for an extremely frustrating experience. Management has to be accountable for this. The store has potential based on their reputation, but there is an obvious lack of upper management. They need someone to come in and just take charge. Probably a lot easier said than done.

Terrible! The lawn care department is a nightmare! As I was there, one customer was already complaining should have known by that. After spending $600.00 on a lawn vacuum Kathy in lawn put my receipt under another customers name which made picking this up impossible. Besides the fact that when it came in they didnt even call us (the phone number was the only correct info on the receipt). When I explained the info was incorrect, it was a nightmare to change name for warranty, it never was changed and Matt is a crazy liar! From first phone call every word was a lie! Go somewhere else people! I believe Kathy gave her friends info on my receipt so her friend gets the point on my $600! They are terrible!

Daughter went today to return a pair of mens shorts for size. Never worn. Store refused to complete the exchange. What ever happened to customer service? It was bought there but she did not have receipt. I understand if she were looking to return and get money, but they gave her a hard time. In this era where the retailer is losing customers to the internet, just dont understand how they could NOT take care of their customers. Now theyve lost customers.

Bought a store model A/c at a discount, drove an hour to pick it up, then got home and found the unit doesnt even work. Cant get anyone from the store to pick up the phone or call me back. Very disappointed with the service at this location. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The worst Sears ever!!! Terrible service and understaffed! The staff that is available is totally incompetent. Sears had really fallen off.
