This was by far the most ridiculous experience I have ever gone thru. I purchased a ge washer and dryer set from this location and the delivery was set for may 1st. On May 1st the delivery men showed up to the house with 2 washing machines , not the washer and dryer. I promptly called the number that was on the reciept I couldnt get anyone on the phone I kept being sent to a messaging system. The delivery men took the 2nd washer back to them , then about a day later i was conacted by the "recovery team " . That person set everything up for the dryer to be shopped however the was a issue with the payment, and he needed to get with the store to clear everything up. 2 days later a guy named Pat who claimed to be the store manager called me , and wanted to know "if everything was all set with the dryer " this was a bazaar question, isnt he suppose to tell me if its is all set. I told him no i dont think everything is all set, then he gets angry and hangs up on me. Then I get a automated text message that i have a delivery scheduled for may 8th. Great the dryer is on its way and everything is cleared up. On Sunday may 8th o called sears looking for my window the person who answers the phone rudely tells me "they will call you between 6 and 9pm with the window ". That never happened. I reached out to sears delivery in the morning and I was told another washer was on its way today. Not the dryer. I call the store and get Pat on the phone who is absolutely useless. We cancel todays delivery and now i have to take another vacation day for them to just come and get the washer out of my house because I cant deal with it anymore

Did my Christmas shopping here because the quality is usually better than others and the prices were right in my budget. Unfortunately, once we got to the register literally 50% of our items did not ring up. It wasnt just me. The lines took forever to wind down because their items were not ringing up either. Its time for Sears to make their come-back and update their systems and hardware because this was just ridiculous. Not sure how you can allow your systems to work up customers and your employees to take the brunt of it. Aside from the systems, I enjoyed my shopping experiences. Its too bad at the end the happiness died.

Prices not cheap, Staff specially the lady behind the counter giving you the look that they doing u a favor, fixing your car not to mention people might come after you and they out and you still waiting. I went in to mount a tire but I went out with brand new tire, I didnt have choice coz I had to get back on the road and it was Sunday(no tire shop opened).

Im so dissapointed about the service and the quality of Sears because I bought a new living room furniture and they delivered a used one. I called and wrote to them so they exchanged the furniture but it is worst. I called again, again, again...but almost always I gained was unrespect treatment.
