Simply Stated

Lines were long with only one cash register, I asked the floor manager (I think she was Indian) if she could assist with cashing out the customers in line who were complaining. She basically told me, she has a lot to do and is unable to help- she further stated that i should "get back in line". Mind you, i have a credit card with a $5000 spending limit. Never have i been so humiliated in my life. The customers in line that were witness to this felt so embarrassed for me and advised me to complain. Filthy customer service

Horrible service this female tricked me into signing up for a credit card and never informed me about it plus she lied to me and told me that they dont do credit checks are there just so she can make money off of me. I will never go back. Plus the general manager did absolutely nothing about it and she tried to get security to throw me out of the building just for voicing my complaint about one of her employees. I hope they all shut down!!!

Worst customer service ever. You make a appointment and your on time but then they run behind. Whats the point of a appointment then. Definitely consider a different salon before coming here. Nothing is more aggravating then this.
