Ordered site to store because the store had same day pick up. I have 3 Walmart stores closer to me but I needed it right away. They told me it would be ready by 1:22 same day. Three days later and my order is not ready. I spoke with them over the phone on day 2 (at 11 am) and and they told me they see the order in their system and they would call me right back. 5 hour later and no call back. I explained that my father was on his way to the store and to please prioritize it. They (Beverly) said they would. When he got there they told him to wait because it would be half hour. After they told them it wasnt ready because they had too many orders and to come back when it was ready. The item was already paid for and they wont give it until their lazy ass employees fill the order. Terrible service and communications.

En general me gusto la tienda. Es bastante organizada, micha variedad de productos y ofertas. Solo un pequeño detalle, la cajera que me atendio no supo ( ni quiso) resolver un inconveniente con mi facturación. Me trato de mala manera, fue indiferente, un poco descortes, me atreveria a decir que su descortwsia e indiferencia fueron debido a mi poco manejo del ingles.

Horrible store but still not as horrible as the Walmart store on Connecticut Avenue (Post Road) in NORWALK CT THAT ONE DOESNT EVEN WARRANT ONE STAR. This one on Main Ave. in Norwalk CT never has their shelves stocked even if it is in the back no one will restock them fully it is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! When I call ahead of time so I dont have to wait 30 minutes for them to go in the back to get the merchandise one item in particular the Poland Spring Gallon waters along with other merchandise they will never pick up the phone! I could call 5 times letting the phone ring forever and no one picks up. They dont carry everything and they dont restock. The worst store but still not as HORRIBLE AS THE WALMART ON THE POST RD. IN NORWALK CT!!!!!!!!!

The poorest customer service I have experienced in some time. There is ineffective communication amongst departments. Once I was calling over the phone and someone answered the phone only to tell me he was off the clock and could not help me, then left me on the line for 15 minutes when I asked if he could put someone on who was willing to help. Basically the worst store and not worth pinching pennies.

Would not honor their price guarantee. Bought a product at another Walmart for less money. Brought the product and the receipt to the store, found more of the same product but they would not honor the lower price...both cashier AND store manager. Asked to see written policy...there is no written policy. The manager would not honor the lower price from a sister store.

This a very stupid place and when on August 3, 2016 and one of the staff approached me with an anty box of cookies and ask me if a ate the cookies inside the store and every time that I go to that store i fill that I am been wash like Im going to stile something and that I racial profiling

Be aware this place is not open until 12am. Employee told me its website hours had not been updated since last holidays. So i drove 15 miles to get there and other 15 to go back just for nothing...thank you walmart for wasting my time and gas

The place is a zoo. Parking is a nightmare and the aisles are always super crowded. More often than not they are out of stock or one or more items on my shopping list, but I keep going there because its Walmart and I need cheap Chinese goods.

We were looking for an air mattress for the pool and found none. Ever had the entire offer regarding water toy rather poor. Somehow reminds me of the market at Woolworth. Almost everything in the range, but rather inferior goods. Too bad.

Very clean..not so accessible by public transportation, but but great prices and a very nice selection on some items..I would like to see a whole cooking stuff but maybe some day...other than that, my wife and I enjoyed the visit!

Pretty standard Walmart. Had everything I could have hoped for. Prices were low. Actually pretty clean by Walmart standards, but still made me feel vaguely dirty. Parking lot is poorly lit, so at night it looks like its closed.

Wrong hours listed online for this store. Tried to call the store multiple times throughout the day and separate days and no one ever answers the phone. Emailed Walmart customer service and was told they dont really care.

One of 2 Walmarts in Norwalk but is located near the Wilton border and on street with other plazas. A bit smaller than the other Wal-Mart. Its located within a plaza that has Ulta Beauty, Staples, and Panera Bread

do not come here to return a video game if you have opened it. you will not be allowed to do anything but get another version of the disk. that is SO dumb because some games look good on paper but are really bad.

Love Walmart, but this store is in a bad location and is small. Its stuck in the corner of a plaza, parking lot looks like it wouldnt be fun. Not a super center which by todays standards is dumb.

I actually really like this Walmart! I would come in a lot when I lived there. It is organized pretty well and isnt too crowded. I like this one better than the one in Norwalk.

My mom was looking for a CD and no one in the store would bother to help her and we had to find it ourselves. This took more than 45 minutes to find one CD.

This location is supposed to be open until midnight on certain nights. Ive shown up around 11 multiple times only to find them closed when they should be open

This Walmart is the better one out of the two in Norwalk. The store and the parking lot are clean and looked for. Prices are usual Walmart - competitive.

Walmart , has alot things, clothes, music, TVs , home goods, and groceries . A good place to shop , but doesnt have everything , worth the trip.
