I have shopped at this Target since it opened and in the past I have found it to be well-stocked, well-organized and well-maintained. Unfortunately, over about the last couple of months the store has gone downhill fast. Shelves are frequently empty or extremely messy, aisles are not passable due to pallets of items in the way. It is an obstacle course that is difficult for customers, particularly the elderly, to navigate. I took photographs today and brought them to the service desk to show them to the manager. He assured me that they were "doing the best they could and blamed the conditions today on the in-progress processing of a truckload of inventory. In none of these areas, however, were there any staff actively stocking from the pallets, etc. that are obstacles in the way of shoppers. If the store had not looked like this on other occasions I might give him the benefit of the doubt, but that is not the case. This time, however, I finally felt it necessary to bring this problem to managements attention. The store manager on duty would not look at my photographs and just wished me a Merry Christmas. I am a Redcard member and will be taking my weekly grocery and Christmas shopping dollars elsewhere. If this manager had shown genuine concern about the state of his store and not brushed me off, I would not be making this posting. I suggest to other shoppers that if conditions here dont improve they should travel a few more miles and shop at a Target that is better managed. I have shopped at this Target for the last time.

It meets our needs for a basic hotel room and free breakfast. The sheets are not as soft, but the bed is comfortable. Its a good hotel, not great or exceptional, that why it got a 3 star. The hotel parking lighting if very dark, got to watch where you park, and does not boast as extremely safe for single ladies at night. Overall, good hotel room, quiet, and meets our needs for business travel sleep.

Friendly Staff and Neat store The staff enjoyed working there, was friendly and funny. The merchandise wasnt all over the place. We knew where to go and everything was labeled and marked down as it should be. I love how neat the store is, how bright and colorful it is and things dont look worn or broken up. I havent been in a few months but this last trip here reminded me that I need to start coming here again.

This location is on par with other Targets I have been to. They have the full grocery section with a limited amount of fresh fruits and vegetables which is convenient if youre there and dont want to make an extra stop to the grocery store. Otherwise, they have all the standard merchandise of other stores, but I prefer Target since it is generally less crowded and the staff is usually more friendly.

Shelves empty. Refrigerators empty. Crap all over the floor. Store not recovered at night. How is it still open? Customers treat this store like garbage. Clearly they are understaffed and it doesnt help that people throw stuff on the floor instead of picking it up. I feel bad. This a very convenient location for Meriden folks and its not gonna last at this rate.

I love Target in general. I found items at this location, that was sold out at Newington location. Nevertheless, if you are not familiar with the area or have a GPS it would be difficult to locate. The location seemed so secluded and hidden behind the Meriden mall.

They should just add self check out machines, a hassle when you come in a rush & have little time to eat & they take 2 days at check out because they only have 2 people on the register but have 30 people in line at checkout

Best skection for tradeing cards (baseball, football, basketball, hocky) than other targets obe been to. Its not too crowded, always can find a reasonable parking spot, and has a great layout. I recomend this target.

Best part of the store is in the back parking lot, against the rock wall. You can see pillow lava formed in a shallow lake in the time of the dinosaurs, like the lava falling into the ocean in Hawaii today.

Target is a great store, and the sell a lot of products. I find that they can be a bit more expensive than similar stores. If you cant find what your looking for somewhere else, you might find it at Target.
