This is positively the worst place I have ever shopped. Aside from the associate working behind the service desk I was completely disgusted with every other employee I came in contact with. As this sweet very long haired girl was trying to assist me i stood there for what seemed like eternity waiting for anyone of the 3 managers who lets call her "M" was trying to reach over the walkie but never responded. The funny thing" and I say that with a surreal amount of sarcasm was that if you simply looked over toward the self checkout you could see them all standing there talking amongst themselves completely ignoring "Ms" request for a csm or manager to assist her. She was very apologetic to me for my inconvenience however I felt sorry for her bc she was being completely ignored. Finally after 4-5 min of no response someone finally came over with a huge attitude and being extremely rude to "M" and myself they approved her request and she was able to finally complete my transaction. I can not believe the way management treats thier associates or how rude and inconsiderate they are when being asked for assistance. I mean isnt it thier job to help the customers and to manage thier employees properly and with respect?!?! Ive had plenty of negative experiences recently at the torrington Wal-Mart Store but this incident put it over the top and I will never shop there again. Oh and one last thing and I truly couldnt believe this either. I walk around the corner to use the restroom another night and I see this girl in a yellow vest stuffing her face by the mens bathroom, truly unbelievable!!! If you have the choice between target or Walmart stay the hell away from Walmart unless they get thier act together and start running that store correctly.

Numerous bad experiences at the Pharmacy here. Most recently, they told me that ALL of my wifes prescriptions were in the order that I had picked up. So we leave for VT the next day, and upon arriving at our destination we open the bag and find out that the Pharmacy tech forgot to put an entire prescription in the bag, and only gave her a partial dispense on another one because the pharmacy was "almost all out" at the time. Overall, ruined our entire vacation. Thanks Wal Mart! If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

Bad customer service experience... The girls at the front desk kept denying that Walmart owned and profited from the vending machines outside (which ate my money). The machines even have Walmart price posters on top for heavens sake. Guess the associates at the front desk are only allowed to follow a script and management must have given them a bad script. I even asked the girl ("M") why she was making faces at me (eye-rolling, etc...). She replied that it was because I was being rude.

Always plenty of helpful staff, easy return process and policies. Great value and always fast checkout both self-checkout and cashier. Provides great product selection for excellent value. Compared to all other similar stores in the area Walmart had the best value. The Walmart app offers a great deal of products and services including Savings Catcher which ensures the best prices or youre money back.

Although numerous employees are walking around. Have been responded to with "Not my department 5 times now. Young lady standing here, asset manager on her tag, asked for help and quote, "go to service desk, I am on my break. Will NEVER return to this store in my lifetime. And all I needed was dog dish, pair of work gloves for yard and tv that is on sale. They can KISS my ads and money goodbye.

All around friendly , large sized Wal-Mart with a subway , pick up options, self checkouts, 2 public restrooms, a pharmacy , ATM , coin star chanhe machine. Redbox rentals and claw machines here as,well. Very efficiently timed customer service-taxes services done here and i have yet to have a bad experience with any department. Currently open till 11pm.m-f

Absolutely the worst customer care service from the management staff. I had a simple request and was told that I could not be helped.My family and I will not be back.I want to give more details about the issue but Im so completely disgusted by the management staff I just assume to never return to this location.

Your standard Wal Mart with your standard clientele. Store is clean. Theres a SubWay inside when you first walk in, a pharmacy, decent food area, garden center (that doubles as the XMas center on the off season) and a seasonal tax kiosk where the mens wear and shoe departments meet.

The isles are always jam packed with pallets of boxes. A lot of isles have only one access point because of this or its only wide enough for one carriage to fit through. The floor employees avoid you like the plague & several cashiers are very unfriendly.

Most of the employees were very disinterested. .bone if them were smiling, most were conversing with just each other..it was very slow. Store did look great, clran, well stocked, organized, and it was easy to find things
