I am soo pleased and impressed by the great customer service I received yesterday! I walked in when they were near closing and all the employees really were super nice and helpful. They helped me looked for all the items I needed and more. I am so glad I came to this location, they were so nice they even told me about all the coupons I can use on my items. I was so happy with my experience I know Im going to keep on going back. Thank you Joanns staff :)

I have been purchasing sewing and home decor supplies from here for nearly twenty years. They have a large assortment of fabric, upholstery, yarn, card paper, candles, etc. all at low prices with lots of sales and they send out coupons regularly. The staff are friendly and you are greeted upon entry. You can custom order fabric if they dont have enough in the store. I would recommend it to everyone for their basic home decor, craft and sewing projects.

I was there on 7-12-2017 at 1:52 pm I think they overcharge me I got 1 yard of Velc Decor and other stuff But when I check mi receipt it looks like they charged 5 YD X 1 IN Ítem # 075967918026 I ask for 1 yard and I got charge this amount $6.99 Customer receipt is 992374035835173593 I feel I was overcharged.

Just had a limited-edition print framed here, and they were fantastic! Really cared about the final look, and good prices. Never forced an up-sell, just stuck with the facts, and gave solid advice. Will definitely be bringing all future prints here!
