I would never use this company. Today, on a Sunday, I watch two cars get towed from their lot because Costco is next door. They are closed on Sunday. Any company that makes it the norm to tow people, even when they dont need the parking spaces, is a terrible company. There is no way these people have integrity. Funny because we were just talking about going there today, but it was closed. I guess everything happens for a reason.

I arrived late just before closing and Ali was so nice to my son and me. He made sure he diagnosed the problem properly first to make sure that is what was wrong. He could have easily just charged us for a new battery and send us on our way. He was so warm and friendly for the short time we were there and my 12 year old said "he was really nice and knows what he was doing". Thanks for the prompt and nice service!
