I will never bring my money back here again . The store look a hot mess. The cloths look dirty and beat up . Theres nothing of real value in that store . The dishes look real second hand . There Furniture is over prices and two out of style . The manger from the head manger down to the last are all rude and racist everybody who work in the store is racist and everybody who works in the donation area is racist . If Im not mistaken its only one black person working there at that store and everybody else is white . Me personally as a black male o myself have applied for a position at this goodwill in downtown San Rafael has never gotten a call or a email back saying anything about employment. I will never return to this store ever again Im telling everybody I can that this store is no good the people are no good and then company is no good . Let me ask you this .. When is the last time you ever seen a or any GOODWILL ( brand) do anything good for the community?

Every time I go, I find so many great buys! Clothing, furniture, accessories ... the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and go there. You will NOT be disappointed. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, however there are a couple of people that work there that could use a little Customer Service training. One lady answered the phone when I called, "Hello". When I asked her if this was Goodwill, her response was pretty indignant... Like, of course it is. Other than that, it is a great place to shop!

Great place @ the rite time. Opening @ 9AM is always great for backpacks and clothing. I got 3 pieces of TUMI luggage, one of them, never used for $6.99 each! Great denims and shirts for $8. 99 for the first, and $6.99 for the latter. In the first 5 months of this year, Ive gotten 8 silk Hawaiian shirts. Nice! Theres something thats caught my eye every time Ive gone there. Its Marin...pricey stuff!

Pretty good goodwill, with very nice people. But honestly, there are some people who are a little too excited about bust/old/poor condition audio products and price then according to anything they can find on eBay. This leads to typically too high of prices. But, I heard there is no point in complaining.

One of my favorite Goodwill stores to shop. They have the best selection of high heels. They have a lot of cool vintage clothing. If your into vintage. I always find tons of cool clothes. The staff is great especially if your a regular. A little pricey for a thrift store. But overall a great visit.

I love San Rafael Goodwill !! I go every Sunday to get books for my twin toddler grand daughters. Today there were no childrens books. WHY????? I was SO disappointed. Please bring back the childrens book section. You had the best selection of any thrift store! Brooke Passano
