BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased two NEC 42" monitors from them, before purchasing I asked if they both worked. I was told all the TVs are tested before being sold by the guy working there. I said I was going out of town for two weeks and wouldnt have time to test these. I am an Audio Visual Technician by trade, 16 years strong, I know my way around a display monitor. Upon getting back and testing these, one worked fine, the other would not even turn on and had a melted spot on the frame. So my wife went to return it and they explained they would not take it back, do to their policy. I have been lied to as this WAS NOT TESTED AT ALL! You need to take back your broken garbage, I am extremely upset about being lied too, I live a few blocks from here and come in often, my dining room table is from here. I will not be back, this is a terrible experience. You are welcome to contact me if you would like to resolve this issue. This absolutely sucks, you did not even plug this in and I was told it had been tested. That is so dishonest, this is not okay, I do not regard you policy whatsoever as you lied about testing this monitor, or even looking at it!!!?

Lovely harworking staff, organized, lots of daily color tag deals, furniture is in decent shape. I have bought quite a few good things here over the years. Im not personally religious, but the cause of working with and supporting folks dealing with addiction is so important. This is the place to shop and donate, vote with your dollar.

It was like a garage sale on Sunday; two or three things you might want but are only available because of the price. I went in search of an ashtray, was treated very well by staff, but I miss Value Village.
