I have been shopping and donating at Goodwill for many years. For some reason your Lynnwood Store seems to value the donated items over the donors and customers. They do not follow the Goodwill return policy which is to "gladly return" items with attached tags and receipts. My friend wont even go to that store any longer because they actually asked her if she removed a tag from a shoe she was returning that had the tag attached. Ive purchased shoes that didnt even have tags or werent marked in any manner, yet she was harassed because of the way the tag looked? Ive also purchased items that had a clothing tag on it which said, "mens" and it was a ladies item. Good thing I didnt try to return it, or they would have accused me of doing something wrong, when in actuality it was their pricing people in the back. Most of the time when I return items it is because I get them home and realize there is a stain or holes. These clothes shouldnt even be sold, which is bad enough to have to make a trip back within 7 days and then to be harassed on top of it? I just read a review on Google where someone was refused their return because of the way the tag was attached, which is not stated in the return policy and is ridiculous especially when they dont give cash back. I have been harassed when trying to return expensive clothing with attached tags and the credit amount was only $1.79. When I asked the manager why they were hassling people, they said people are switching tags. So if someone switched a tag to purchase something that was worth more than they paid, and then were returning that same item for the credit amount of what they paid, wouldnt the store be better off because they could now sell it for more? Arent they shooting themselves in the foot when they wont return items that are worth far more than the person paid for them? It seems that this store is more concerned with trying to catch customers doing something wrong than they are at making a profit. That isnt even smart business, to offend customers/donors and hinder the store from receiving expensive items to resell because of a bent tag or the way it was tagged? Today, Davis the manager actually told me that he has been trained to treat customers/donors as they could possibly be committing theft, because he is protecting the Goodwills resources. When I reminded him that the resources he is protecting come from the customers he is harassing, he had nothing more to say. He told me that this store has thefts every day, but what does that have to do with the loyal, faithful donors/customers who shop and donate? If these managers keep harassing donors and dont start following their own return policy, they wont have jobs or resources to sell. Customers pay their salaries and provide the merchandise they are refusing to return.

Ive been shopping at goodwill for quite long, and always in different stores around Seattle area. For years today is the first time i cannot do a return successfully, for the reason "the tags are reversed, we dont tag it that way".... not even sure what it means, they just refuse to do the return, i ended up have to donate the items i planned on returning... ORZ just glad i only brought some t-shirt, not a major lost. probably wont shop here for a while, really disappointed. I was a real goodwill fan. :(

My favorite store for electronics. Not that they have a lot but very well priced. Don’t buy shoes here. Buy new. It might be cheaper. ______ Ok, need to amend my review, beware... defective electronics items will be sold again after been returned defective without warnings of the defects or making an effort to repair. So now I rate it a two. Also, they won’t take defective items back after 7 days. Test as soon as you get home or sooner at the store.

The associates take forever to check someone out!!! I have experience with cashering and their was no reason to take that long she went extra slow and just chatted with the customer she was ringing up. Their was 3 people waiting. Although I have found some cool stuff here I must admit but I got so frustrated I walked out leaving all the stuff on the counter. Their customer service was not the best.

One of the best Goodwills Ive ever been to. Tons of great clothing options for both men and women and all the usual stuff. The only reason I wouldnt give it five stars is because Goodwill has been raising some of their prices on books and such. Seems wrong being they get it all for free. Plenty of other thrift shops in walking distance to. Great local for some treasure hunting.

So Ive always avoided Goodwill. The ones I remember always felt gross and made me itchy. This one however was quite the treat. They had an amazing selection of goods to where I would forget I was at Goodwill. Nice fashion items, great book selection, and always some neat older elecronics. I would spend an hour just looking at everything.

Just a regular Goodwill store. Pretty clean, organized. Good selection of books and dishes, but clothes are packed too tight, difficult to move them from side to side. Some good deals, but have to be careful, not everything is.The prices have been going up in all of them for some time, thought. The weekend usually has a discount color.

Very Very poor customer service from the donation staff. One of the workers argued with me over dropping some donations off after hours even though the front door clearly said they were open until 7 and the front desk staff said I could bring the donations to the front. This worker was very hostile and I will not be returning.

I donate a lot at this store. Mainly furniture. The unloading guys are great. They are friendly, ready to take your donations, being careful not to damage the merch of course but also not to damage your vehicle. If you have donations for Goodwill, i highly recommend this store.

Staff was kinda rude but understandably there was like 30 little Mexican kids running around and destroying everything that they touched and the parents didnt even tell them to stop or even attempted to clean any of the messages up!

Fun to look around. Ive found several pairs of jeans and practically brand new hoodies here for cheap. And of course your donations and purchases support their job training program too. Good stuff!

Need more dressing rooms and some cashiers need classes in customer service. Joe at the donation was the best sales person along with being extremely helpful and just plain nice.

This is a bigger goodwill... Well organized... Lots of new merchandise (overruns & overstocks from various stores - e.g. Target, etc). Parking may be a challenge at times.

Medium sized goodwill store with a good selection of various types of items. Pretty standard as far as the medium format Goodwill stores go. Bathrooms are available.
