Went in to the store mid afternoon to purchase heart rate monitor. First thing that happened was two people that came in behind me were "assisted" first. I looked around the fitness area for over 10 minutes and NO ONE asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. Plenty of chatting going on between employees but no one seemed to notice a customer. A customer who, will not be a customer at this store again.

So I went to big five to buy my kids soccer shoes. I asked one of the associates, " Are you going to be getting more soccer shoes in." He said what size you need?" So he went in the back and found me some really nice soccer cleats. He was so helpful to me that.

Same as the other locations. Customer service was mediocre at best, despite the minimal amount of customers present. Store felt overcrowded with merchandise though, which I dont mind; but a person using a wheelchair would mind. Very much.
