Very disappointed. I will not order from them again, nor do I recommend ordering from them. I order a pair of running shoes, and unfortunately they did not fit. I wore them outside to do a very quick test run and decided they are not a good fit, just as any runner should. So I called them to do an exchange for a larger size and to my dismay they would not accept my return because they have a very slight sign of wear. The customer service rep said it was mentioned on their website and other places, although I dont remember where those other places are. so I looked on my packing slip, no mention of return policy. So I looked on their website. In big bold letters it states: "SERVICE YOU DESERVE. GUARANTEED". This links to a page about their guarantees, no mention of return policy. To make you feel even better, it also says at the top of their website: FREE RETURNS EVERY USA ORDER". This links to another page with more details about returns yet there is no mention of their return policy. Finally, at the bottom of the website under Member Services they have a return policy which states: "NOTE: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. Please do not ship shoes back without the original shoe box. Place the original shoe box inside a shipping box to avoid damage." They give you the warm and fuzzies with their messaging, but make you dig to find the details.

I recently ordered for the first time from your business. I received Hoka running shoes, tried them on & returned them for 1/2 size smaller. I called before returning & was told that it was fine to return & was given a RMA #. After waiting for my new shoes I called & was told they were damaged. I had not run in them, only tried them on. At first they would not return or exchange & offered no apology. I called backed & spoke with Ashley, a manager, & she explained they had stains & appeared worn. I am unsure what happened... did they come to me like that? I had not worn them. Ashley did say she would exchange for me, but I do advise you to check your merchandise well. Thank you Ashley for taking care of this. Hope to have them soon!

Online - Website is easy to navigate and can find some great deals on products as well as adventures. I recall one time buying a pair of ski poles for 30$, and going into a store and seeing that same pair for 100$; I was quite happy about that. Haha. Showroom- Their showroom is always kept clean and easy to navigate.l The products in the showroom are also on their website and if you saw it on the website they can grab it for you from the back. Any time Ive gone in, Ive had exceptional service and the staff is always super friendly.

Over the last two years Ive purchased over $10,000 in products from Left Lane. I have experienced nothing but positive results. Fast shipping, products as described and decent customer service. Some items cannot be returned due to manufacturer agreements, but one should research that prior to buying. Whenever buying from an overstock retailer, a buyer should be critical of what they receive and I have typically received new/unused items from Left Lane. Returns have been easy so far as well.

Epic!!! Before I met LeftLane Sports I could care less about shoes. No seriously, they were the least of my worries...I had 3 pairs. One for dress up. One for working out. And the other for looking cool and fabulous. But a year and a half later after having my love affair with the site, I now have 8 pairs of skate, running and casual shoes. The Price is ridiculous and quite frankly, the shoes are awesome quality. Not lying. I may be old but dang Ive got swag now!

These folks have received quite a bit of bad press but my experience was quite positive. I got a timely email confirmation of my order and it was promptly shipper with notification at the advertised price. I received it two days later via priority mail. Their return policy is clearly stated so you can tell if your item can be returned for a refund before you order.

Horrible, once theyve got your money expect nothing, youve got no leg left to stand on , all returns and size exchanges will take weeks not days and you will pay a premium , with fees that were not on the original agreement , and since theyve got your money expect to be obsequious in the extreme just to get what you ordered 3 weeks ago.
