Obviously the best sport shop in yakima... They are the only local place where you can find high quality outdoor gear. I recently moved to Yakima and found Sporthaus and its employees very knowledgable and helpfull. In the winter they are the best ski shop on the east side of the cascades. Extensive ski collection, boot cusomizaton, and a top of the line technicians. In the summer they are have a odd combination of tennis shop slash outdoor gear paradise carrying high end hiking, climbing, paddleboarding and lifestyle gear. A family owened business they have always been helpful and would go above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for. Yakima needs a shop like this. Support your local shop not the impersonal online giants.

Great ski shop! Theyve taken the best care of me and my friend over last 5 years. Whatever its gear purchase or boot fitting, or binding install, give them a shot first. The owner personally takes interest in customers and spends time to work with customer needs. If you have a special purchase or need in mind,talk to the owner directly, I promise you will be satisfied. They will give you a good competitive price and add THE greatest customer service! My friends and I drive over 2 hours to get skiing needs and services done at Yakima Sporthaus, even though we have a local ski shop in Wenatchee. A+ to these guys!

Found what I was looking for and Zig put together a great package for me. He made a binding recommendation based on my wifes ability and I really appreciated his attention to her skiing needs rather than just slamming out another sale. Professional staff, timely service and a great shop.

Second time Ive been to the Sporthaus in as many months. Last time, I dont tolerate rude clerks, and todays middle aged woman was intolerable. Wont shop there, wont recommend it, Im done Sporthaus. REI has my money from now on.

Nice local business with helpful staff and owners. They have good inventory of ski and tennis gear. The only ski boot fitters and tennis racket lacing around.
