I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!! I purchased a ring there on a friday for 12.00 and sent my mom to pick up the exact ring a day later and AMY sold it to her for $7.00 more. TOTAL RIP OFF...I then talked to AMY ON THE PHONE who was really rude and AMY said that she upped the price on purpose. Amy, she has short reddish brown hair with bangs and tattoos. She is completely rude Talk about customer service! I wont be shopping there anymore. the girls working there really push you to purchase items without being able to look around first. Amy needs to be fired and she is very rude!.

I used to shop here all the time until I was consistently starred at and by one of the girls working their, Amy, she has short reddish brown hair with bangs, with tattoos. She is completely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable when I was trying on clothes. Talk about customer service! I am not a picky person but isnt the point of having staff work for you to have them SELL clothes? Never if Amy is working there.

I love this store! My husband and I frequently stop in when were in town and they are super helpful and always remember us! They cater to you, will find outfits and suggestions for you...amazing staff! They are my Rock Revival go-to store. I have MANY pairs and have only every bought them from Collections.

The salespeople are always friendly and helpful and will give me SPACE when I really am "just looking". There is a TON of stuff and COLOR can be found! (meaning so many stores are dreary and drab.) It can be an epic investment of time so bring water and snacks! ( kidding :) )

Sometimes staff is over-helpful, but this is a GREAT store. Quality merchandise and reasonable prices. They have one of the largest selections of Brighton jewelry on the coast! My wife loves this store and I never hesitate to take her there for a shopping spree!!!
