What a filthy mess! I use to think that this was due to unruly customers, but to my surpise the problem is much deeper. I arrived at Ross dress for less located in Union Gap at 11:00 am, before the store opened. They opened the store and it was a complete disaster. Hangers, clothes, food and shoes scattered around the store. There were at least 11 employees "hanging around" and also the STORE MANAGER walking past mess after mess without giving a once over. That day a women fell in the dressing room and was injured. What could she had slipped on? The possibilities are endless...

Dont get me wrong I love Ross, Just not the one at the Valley Mall. This one is horrible, dirty, disorganized, clothes and other items on the floor and just thrown about. Plus they never seem to have more than two cashiers working and always a line to the back of the store waiting to check out. I have left the store with out buying anything after filling up an entire cart, just because I didnt want to wait in line.

this ross way messy bathrooms the worst ive seen and the lady who helped me by the dressing room was so rude and told my mother that she would nedd more help then she could give her and she was like 80 with hot pink and teal eye shadow...so rude i wont go back there ever id be willing to pay more for the same clothes just to get some nice service

I have to agree with Ruby. Most ladies that stand at the fitting rooms are super rude. And most cashiers are also so rude. The floors are disgusting mainly in the fitting rooms. I can never find a bra cause theyre always all over the place. I only go there for my jeans! :)

People here dont even work! Just stand around looking like ugly lost puppies!! We went to a cash register after waiting 10 minutes just for her to close! Get it together and stop flirting. Its a working environment not high school. Not to mention messy & dirty!!

Yea the store is a mess, but how about you try working there, with long lines, and you try recovering the store, than having customers go back through and make it a mess, its impossible to keep the store Its a stressful job, if you dont like it dont shop there.

The store isnt always clean but the employees are always helpful and always do there best to help me. Wish the parents would keep there kids close to them and it wouldnt look so bad there.. Love the store always new things.

We shop at Ross a lot. Yes there are messes but if people would keep the kids from destroying everything and running around like monkeys the store would not be so bad. The staffs friendly and they try to help!

Bought pants, left them at the store on accident then within 24 hours they put the already purchased pants back on the racks. Even though we made a call to confirm the clothes being there.

Not sure if they are always low on inventory or if racks/shelves are empty because items are everywhere other than where they should be…seems to always be on the messy side.

Open till late. I just wished they asked parents to keep their children close to them so they dont make a bigger mess.
