Wow, I have shopped at this Target since they opened & each time I go into this store I have bad feelings. Not only do they not seem welcoming but either you get a dirty look when you walk in the door or when you need someone you can not find a single person on the floor to help you. As far as bringing your kids shopping with you... I would reccomend leaving them home for this trip. They are anti-children. Our children had been in this store several times until one day our children decided to go in for a pack of m&ms they walked through the door to immediately be escorted right back out & were told they could not even come back in with a parent. So, thinking this is unbelievable our kids biological mom, being disabled and very sick sent in our 18 year old with our 2 younger children... they were told that our 18 year old could come in but not our younger children. Ive never had a problem at any other Target just this one. In the beginning of the summer our daughter & I bought some pool floaties, we went back the next day & they said "We took them off the shelf because its the end of summer" Since when is June 12th the end of summer. Beware of the red headed security guard who works different shifts but for sure on Friday afternoon - evening. Best of luck.

I had my receipt for a DVD purchase that I wanted to return within a 90 period. Customer service would not allow the return because it fell under electronics and needed to be returned within 30 days of receipt. I was returning it within 65 days unopened. Nowhere on the receipt did it say dvds fall under electronics and needed to be returned within 30 days. The misleading statement on the receipt was that the DVD if opened needed to be returned within 30 days and if I had a red card 60 days (which I did). According to the manager I missed it by 5 days and no exceptions could be made. Manager said I needed to read it as 2 separate lines on the receipt, which was in itself confusing and difficult to understand. Misleading policy when not clearly stated on back of receipt what falls under electronics and when a 90 day return policy does not apply. Poor misrepresentation of return policy.

I have been to several Targets from Seaside Ca, Salinas, and Citus Heights, Ca and El Dorado Hills and I must say El Dorado Hills is clean, friendly and efficent. I have never had a problem finding someone to help me, the store is clean and my family and I have and continue to have a pleasant experience at the target in El Dorado Hills. I feel safe going to shop there, other targets you have teenage kids playing ball in the store, loud mouth kids and parents. Afraid to leave your car in the parking lot. I have 3 teenage boys, and I never had them escorted out, I guess its how you raise them. I am a correctional officer for the state of california. Enough said. Keep up the good work El Dorado Hills Target.

This is one of the most reliably well-stocked Target stores I have been to. There is very rarely any wait to checkout and I never have a problem finding what I need. My only (very minor) complaint is that the parking lot is a bit hard to navigate - not because it’s confusing, but just because in spite of their always being plenty of spaces there’s a ton of traffic as well.

Watch the advertised buy 2 get one free, to make sure you get the product free. I have had problems twice now with this working at checkout. On the first occasion, I didnt check the receipt until I got home. I went back 3 weeks later and Target wouldnt honor the free item. For now on, I will make sure it works at the time I pay for it!

I like Target overall but I have to say that I was shocked today. I went in to their Starbucks in the lobby and they didnt have wifi. I was going to meet someone there for a meeting but we went someplace else. The lack of wifi is surprising and something people should know before going. But the rest of Target is great.

Item price on sale did not ring up correctly and cashier manager took care of and even decreased the price. Items advertised for buy 3 get a $5 gift card also did not ring up and guest services took care of as well. Great shopping experience!

We left our purchase in the bag in the store, drove 30 mins home and discovered that fact. Called in...Customer Care was fantastic. We returned and picke up the package there!! Great service.

target has Legos and the CO Dutton is nice but I dont know about the conditions on black Friday because I dont want to get stab by a homeless with a broken beer bottle
