I had a problem with a phone card that I purchased from Total wireless for $35 on July 1st 2017. Total wireless said it was not an active card and refused to honor it. Total wireless told me to take the card back to KMart and get another card. I bought this card 3 hours earlier I did not know that KMart has had a lot of problems w all of the phone cards. Alex a store employee called Total wireless and was.on the phone for over an hour. She handled everything for me speaking to customer service and getting all the information. She then actually sent everything from my phone that customer service required. So basically I had to just answer questions Alex asked me to relay back to customer service at Total wireless. She was professional, understanding and very sweet. She is definitely an asset to your company. Your company should honor her with a certificate of the highest honor of customer service.

This one time, I slipped in the bathroom and k.od pretty hard. When I woke up, the store was closed and the place was desolate. SO I gathered supplies that were essential to my survival, built a shelter from the supplies that I could gather (mostly pillows and blankets) to protect me from the elements, as the main office in Chicago thinks they have the power of god when it comes to the air conditioner. Long story short, I just barely survived being stranded over night with only Hershey bars to sustain my life. It was a very humbling experience, and I have taken many lessons out of it. Kmart taught me to survive by any means necessary. To this, I give this store 4 stars.

The long line waits is whay drives me batty. Best suggestions, go to the store when they are not that busy, order online and then pick it up or have it shipped to the store and pick it up. Customer Service is really great and quick. The person that assisted me, Carol, is a rock star. Shes always smiling and happy and the customers and staff seem to enjoy the way shes up beat. Even the pharmacy techs and pharmacist take the to know you. I wouldve given 5 stars but those slow moving lines can make a sane person crazy.

Go for the bargains, dont expect anything else. My checker was a nice guy, but expressed negativity about Kmart not fixing the broken conveyor and super slow POS system at his register. Shelves needed straightening, lots of items unstocked, dead and dying plants in the nursery displays, too few staff and yet several looking aimless... the whole thing looked like terrible upper corporate management.

Store stock is very sparse and the cashier barely said two words to me... cashier was even annoyed when i asked to give an email rather than a phone # for the rewards program. Ive lived here most of my life and this kmart seems to be going downhill...was a disappointing experience.

Toilet paper selection is mostly one ply, the clothing selection is geared towards the older folks, paper plates are all foam, and half the belts at check out are broken. Product selection sucks.. I dont care for the recent changes and I will be shopping else where from here on out.

A typical retail environment. The employees were helpful. The goods sold here are cheaply made, but its Kmart so you shouldnt expect quality or durability! You get what you pay for. For simple shopping and grabbing something in a hurry, Kmart fulfills its purpose.

The main part was fine but I needed something from the pharmacy and that was ridiculous! One really antique cashier and a line seven people deep. If youre going to have a pharmacy you need to staff it with enough competent people.

Interesting visit this time....saw a rat run from the parking lot to the planter in front of the store! Decent store. One challenge: their receipts and coupons they print at check out are overwhelming and wasteful.

The best (only) general department store in this local area. Shelves are generally well stocked but items often difficult to find without help. Store is neat and clean. Check out is usually slow.

An employee informed me how terrible sears is treating their employees with threatening to take hours away because of no credit card sign ups from customers. I hope we get something better soon

Kmart is convenient for me, prices can be high, dont have as much stuff as similar businesses. Sometimes long lines at check out. Otherwise order online and pick up is awesome!
