In order to get a coupon discount,they make a whole big list of steps to get it....The manager has the worst customer service skills. No respect, it was like I had to beg to get the discount....It was not worth $25 of my time & my happiness. They have the stupiest policies ever. And the worst thing is that I was not told about the policy when they gave me the coupon. But of course, stupid manager did not believe me. Im not someone trying to committ a fraud. Im an honest citizen who did not deserve this treatment!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever managers had attitude with me and my mother when I wanted to return a dress that I hadnt worn at all (it didnt fit) because it "looked used" Had a very heated argument and ended up leaving the store with nothing

What a great bunch of people! If you want to have a leisurely and stress free shopping experience, this store is definitely a must visit. Lizette went the extra mile to make sure I had the perfect outfit for an upcoming party.
