As a former employee of this store, I would just like to say that all the negative aspects of this store are the fault of the store manager, Jessica who is not only talks down to her employees, but also the customers as well. There are many things I could say about her alone, but this review is of the store. The store is not only messy 90% of the time, but there is dust all over the place. I dont usually have any allergies, but when I went into work there my eyes would start watering, my nose would run, and I was definitely sneezing constantly. The place is rarely ever stocked well because most of it is constantly in the back or in boxes in the back for who knows how long. The training of the employees are at a minimum and management leaves new employees usually to figure things out for themselves by putting them up at register by themselves to learn how to figure things out which then creates a line because they are still learning to do things on the register. Want help? Good luck because most of the employees that work here are just there to talk with one another because they are all friends and will then make it seem like an inconvenience to them when you try to ask them for help. The store is consistently understaffed because most people quit before even 90 days reaches due to the store manager. Also, the signs in this place are very confusing if you dont work there especially when they do not name the item that is on sale and often times employees will leave them up from past sales or not even put them in the right places. Lastly, I would refuse to ever spend any of my money here ever again just for the fact that the quality is probably the lowest it can go. Everything Ive gotten in the past year has either shrunk (even following the instructions and hang drying) or ripped. I can literally wear something once and not be able to wear it again for these reasons. If you ever feel the need to shop at Old Navy you would have better luck online because their prices are usually better and you wont have to go into this negative environment.

One of the few major clothing retailers in San Luis Obispo, this store is reasonably well-stocked, but doesnt get new shipments in too often. A good vibes place, but loses a star because the staff kept early customers waiting... and few associates have offered assistance when passing by. Little to no greeting / smiling.

Always a good deal. Staff is Friendly. Not always good quality clothing, but good if on a budget, or if buying for small children who quickly grow out of it. Or its great for or children who ruin clothing because they think mom & dad have an endless supply of money.

Clean, well lit, kids department offers full range of sizes, mens & womens departments seem to focus on smaller sizes. Staff doesnt give a damn, and they are happy to demonstrate it.
