Sick and tired of being followed in this store and being accused of stealing. They had the nerve to call the cops on me when I came in with my friend to return some shoes. We went to look for a different pair after we had returned the shoes we brought back, and they called the cops said we were putting items in my purse and it was completely uncalled for because it was not true and the cops made that clear but the whole experience was so embarrassing and just wrong. They judge and its only when certain people come in the store that they go over the intercalm and say security scan all isles please. Absolutely humiliating and I will never spend another dime at another Ross period. Oh and not to mention the women working are like 40 But act like there in high school its truly to bad that there are people like that in this world . smh grow up ladies thats all I have to say about that.

I went to San Luis Ross on Higiera St and James the cashier associate #927626 asked us to take off the hangers and we said dont you do that? He responded No we dont do that. So we took off one hanger and he took the rest off then he just put our clothes in a pile and we asked dont you fold them? He said no they dont allow us to do that. So we folded them. I called Store to complain and will be going to corporate. That is not good customer service and is not acceptable to treat anyone like that.
