If i could give this store a no star, thats what I wouldve put. Anyway, this is the worst ross store for customer service that I have ever been to. My husband and I were getting ready to check out and there was only one cashier open. We were right behind the person that was being helped. Suddenly, 2 other cashiers opened up and instead of asking whos next in line to be helped, she simply took the 2 people behind us. And just our luck, the person in front of us was making a return as well. We left so disappointed and I will never come back there. Customer service should be primary in a retail store (which is also why I prefer Target over Walmart), and Ive been to many Ross stores, but never at this one again. Go to the ones on Shaw instead. Theyll treat you like people there.

Hands down my favorite place to shop for household goods, clothing , shoes ,handbags/ travel bags and skin care products... they have a pretty awesome return policy and I have never had a problem returning something with a receipt and if I dont have my receipt and if I keep the packaging whether or not its still attached to the product I have never had a problem getting store credit. Also they have authentic designer fragrances at very discounted prices

Rude employees who think that they are in charge even though I told them that the manager stated to allow me to try on an item; they were to remove a security tag. I left all of the items that I had planned on purchasing on the counter and went to the Ross near Fashion Fair where I was treated with the utmost respect. Will NOT be returning to the Riverpark Ross EVER again!

Large selection of clothes but you lose your privacy in the dressing room. There are NO locks on the dressing room doors! Guard the door well or someone may get the opportunity to see you half naked.

I usually find what I need here but the lines are way too long! Forget coming here around Christmas time. Overall, I do like it, though. Great selection of clothing for men, women, and children.

What makes any store think shopping for clothes or any other item that is laying dirty on the floor is appropriate? Dressing for less should not involve the sacrifice of cleanliness.
