After calling several places for a quote on replacing my Samsung S3 screen, I decided to come here for 1 reason- price. It was the CHEAPEST in the OC area. To replace my screen it was $75 plus with the Yelp checkin I scored an additional 5% off. I was told the phone would be ready in a few hours and it was. Brandon and Tania were so friendly and easy to work with. I learned they do screen replacements for most electronic devices such as ipads and tablets. I called Brandon this morning because I had dropped my phone on the ground and broke my galaxy s3 lcd. He said he was available so I came in an hour later and he had told me the price on the repair. He asked if I wanted the liquid that comes with the s3 for a little extra and I did. The repair took about an hour and a half as estimated. Brandon and his sister are the owners and they have great customer satisfaction. Theyre very nice and give great communication. Id recommend this place. I do repairs and roots/flash. I was recommended here by a friend of mine and they werent wrong.

Drove here from Brea because the places around me had some negative reviews. Was not disappointed. The location was very easy to find. I think Tania (forgot to get name) helped me and was super nice and friendly. I went expecting to have to kill at least an hour but it took less than 20 to walk out with fixed iPhone screen. Prices are on par with other places. A little extra drive is worth it and Ill come back if I need another repair. Bonus points to Tania for giving accurate directions to the nearest bank.

I am so pleased by the service at Pro Wireless! Tania helped me out and was such a wonderful person. She was straight forward about the process and told me about the possible risks that come with repairing a refurbished phone (which mine was). And of course Brandon did a great job replacing the shattered glass. My phone works perfectly! Honestly, I am so happy I came to Pro Wireless to get my phone fixed. What a fantastic local business.
