The staff is great, you can tell theyre true animal lovers! They didnt carry my dogs usual brand of food, so theres the minus one star, but the guy working pointed me to another great brand of food and Im pretty sure my dog doesnt mind since she always cleans out her bowl at dinnertime. The self-serve dog wash is great too! They provide everything- the shampoo smelled incredible and it worked really well, plus the area was very clean.
