Ive always had bad experiences here. This is my closest Sephora so Ive been there multiple times and not one person has been likable. Theyre always rude. I asked one lady for help, politely, and she basically put me on hold until she was mentally ready to talk to me. And when Make up artists call out Montebello Sephora on their instagram, you know people arent going to come back here. I rather drive to downtown Disney than the 1 mile distance from my house to montebello mall.

Was very hard to find someone to help me. This place is so packed but ran into Cynthia from benefit brow bar. She was so helpful! She gave me some great makeup tips! She practically transformed my face. Bought and loved every product she put on my face. I recommend her if you want your makeup done. She is an expert with the brows as well!

This sephora dont even deserve a one star! I wasnt even acknowledged at all. And were very rude. So i went over to MAC and spent my money there. I wanted to try new things so thats why i wanted to try sephora but i wouldnt rather just spend my money at MAC were the good customer service is. I definitely wont ever shop at sephora

Next time you go into Sephora, make sure to see Rue. she is sweet, honest and very helpful! she helped me find products that would match my skin tone perfectly. I was satisfied with my purchase.
