I would give zero stars. The animal cages, food and water dishes look as if they have not been tended to in a few days. Absolutely terrible. They actually carry a product I purchase regularly for less then the competition. But I walked out without a purchase after seeing the conditions the animals are suffering in. If they dont care about the welfare of the animals in their store, they dont care about the welfare of yours.

They are the best pet store in east bay area! Not enough staff to keep up 5star, but I bet theres no other good quality, good price, good selection and friendly staffs specially aquarium department Jessica and the skinny cute Asian girl with glasses at the front register! :)

I love this place. A wide variety of pet food. I needed a fish tank for work and I called them to see if they had the size in stock, staff knowledgeable and friendly. They are very helpful and even help carry bags to my vehicle. Great customer service.

For the Blue Buffalo food we buy for our dog, they seem to have the cheapest price in town, especially if you get a coupon. Staff is always friendly.
