Just moved to La Mirada, CA. I was on a tight budget but also wanted something nice and comfortable. My wife was not going to settle for anything less. I was nervous about how I was going to be able to furnish the whole house. My new neighbor said I should check out Visions In Furniture because they have been in the area for a long time. Boy am I glad I did! As soon as I walked in, browsed around and saw the furniture and prices I was ecstatic! My wife smiled and said I already know what I want. I was happy as can be! The service was excellent and within a few days my home was furnished. Great experience!

I would NEVER EVER shop here! I bought couches CASH in June of last year I was delivered couches with HOLES!!! I have to date 84 emails going back and forth and have yet to receive a replacement! I would NEVER EVER reccomend this place horrible customer service god forbid something go wrong with your order I even PAID for the additional couch care ha! RIP OFF This is a picture of what is was delivered with about 4 more of these holes have sprouted up along the seams these look like 5 year old couches

I ordered a few mattresses and a bed set earlier this year. There was an issue and I was not satisfied. However I must appreciate the response I received after that. The problem I faced was resolved and corrected. After the initial hiccup I am now satisfied. The furniture is as expected. Problems can occur but the response was great. I will recommend the store for the price and products.

The first furniture we bought from Visions in Furniture was a sectional and huge ottoman that they did not have on the showroom floor. They totally accommodated us and brought it in so we could see if it was comfy before buying. Big props for that! I highly recommend them. Super laid back - no high pressure sales. Prices are good.

Save you $$ for a place who appreciates your business.. Got some furniture from this place through Steve the owner, maid a tentative deposit depending if the furniture would work for me or not. Called back the same day a few minute after the deposit and he started avoiding my calls. Do not shop here.

Lied continually about delivery date. 1 month later, still no product. Finally got my money back after I had to listen to rude owner blame the manufacturer. I WILL not buy from tnis store. Btw, saw the furniture I wanted displayed outside the store when it was raining. Nice. No credibility.

The staff was very friendly at Visions in Furniture. We walked away buying an entirely new bedroom set with brand new mattress at a really great price. Delivery took place when they said they would and the guys did an outstanding job!
