UNREAL! First of all, they told me they took VSP. This is wrong. I called VSP and they told me Site for Sore Eyes was NOT an in-network provider. I asked multiple times if they took my insurance and they said yes. Also there was an issue with my card so they charged me twice! When I first ordered the glasses they said itd be done in two weeks. I ordered my glasses on a Sunday. When I called back on Monday to find out about the insurance, Muhammed explained that they gave a discount for people who didnt have insurance. I did get a second pair free so I left it as is because it was still a good deal. I was just annoyed that they lied about being a provider! Muhammed told me my glasses would be ready Friday. On Friday, I called to find out if my glasses would be ready that day. Muhammed said no, but theyd be ready on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday, I call and they say theres a delay theyll be ready the following day. On Wednesday, I receive a message that only ONE FRAME was finished. I called to find out when the next one would be ready. They said they were expecting the second frame the following day!!! This is terrible business. My guess is 2 weeks was the correct estimate but not sure why I was told theyd be done way faster? Im NEVER coming back

Incompetent thieves! It took Sight For Sore Eyes 2 months to make to make 2 glasses incorrectly. They are rude and refuse to listen to their customer that is having problems with their product. If that wasnt bad enough they refused to refund my money. Now they are wasting more of my time because I am forced to get a refund through other channels.

I use to get my glasses hear when I was younger,now I came to realize theyre just crooks except for the doctors, theyre nice people but everyone else is fake, they try to push you to buy their glasses but noone should buy them there,they are tripled in original price

Beware, Site for Sore Eyes is VSP out of network. They will not tell you this. Even with the discount you will still pay more.
