I had the same "telephone" experience a few years ago, but its been taken care of. I bought two pair of frames that were very thin wire, and had a lot of trouble, rangeing from the screws stripping and dropping the lense, to the frame breaking while I was wearing them and dropping the lense. At all four times, both Amber and Imelda were extremely helpful, polite, and responsive to my needs, whether it was closing time, or I needed my clear glasses repaired in less than one half hour to call an NCAA volleyball match. These two women put their hearts into providing service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly, or to return when I decide that I need to replace the questionable choice of frames.

If you try to call them, youll always wind up in voice mail. They dont answer the phone. If you ask for a operator looking for anyone that can help, youll be transfered to Arizona, where all they can do is transfer you back to some other extension which wont be answered.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT GET YOUR GLASSES FROM HERE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. MY LENSES IN MY FRAMES HAVE STRIATIONS IN THEM CAUSING ME TO HAVE DOUBLE VISION. I CAN ONLY SEE PROPERLY IF I LIFT MY HEAD UP. VERY SAD.
