First time visiting Issaquah Vision last week and I must say it was a great experience. Very timely...as in, I did not wait for 1-minute to get started with my appointment. Exam was professional and thorough and Dr. Cassidy spent all the time I needed explaining the exams and his thoughts on my situation. Where most medical office appointments now seem like you are squeezed into a 10-minute slot, my experience with the entire staff was professional, but very comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Walter Cassidy is great. Although I only see him once a year, he clearly remembers me and knows my history. Very friendly and helpful. I worked with him when I had Lasik performed a few years back, and he was very supportive through the process. The staff out front that helps with selecting frames or sunglasses is great too. They have good taste and will help you pick something out that will look good based on each individuals face and preferences.

Love Love Love Issaquah Vision! I have gone to Dr. Steve Cassidy for YEARS and it has been a great experience, from the front desk to eye tests. Late in life I wanted to use contacts instead of glasses and somehow, miraculously, they managed to help me learn to use my contact lenses. Everyone there is like family, yet completely professional. This review was actually with Dr. Stephan at Issaquah Vision but this applies to all off the doctors and staff there. They are by far one of the warmest and competent vision clinics I have ever used! I have used them for over 20 some years and always had quality service from them. I highly recommend them for all your vision needs!
