Consultation started right on time. The girls at the reception were very nice, knowledgeable, and solved all doubts without any problem. They have a nice selection of frames and will help you narrow it down pretty easily. They were also very good at explaining what was covered under my insurance (VSP). And the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything felt very professional, but still relaxed and friendly. --- Did the appointment online --I was a little surprised that it took them a little bit more than a day to get back to me, but they did and got me all set up very quickly. It seems that the online confirmation doesnt work? I still got a call to confirm one day before, which I thought was unnecessary since I had already confirmed online too... but that was just a minor 1 minute annoyance.

My son and wife have been seeing Dr. Brent Chinn for glasses and contacts for 6 years. What we like about Dr. Chinn is his thorough and precise vision measurement. We switched to Dr. Chinn 6 years ago after our disappointment with a previous Dr. who prescribed glasses that didnt improve his vision. The very first time Dr. Chinn prescribed glasses for my son, he could could see much better. Now, my son is seeing 20/15 with glasses.

He answers all our questions in as much detail as we want, and he was very kind and patient when my preteen daughter was first trying on contacts. The staff have also always been helpful in every way, with scheduling and billing, as well as choosing and fitting frames.
