Extremely horrible experience. I went to this store to put one of lenses back to my frame. They did put that back. However, when I got my repaired glasses, one of my glasses legs is still a little crooked. So I asked them for help too. The woman said "we might break it" super fast. I was thinking they are professionals, I should trust them. But, I was too naive and stupid. She did break it!!!!! Horrible, I have wore glasses for over 10 years and I have never had such bad experience going to a glasses store.

Horrible experience they approached to me like I was a threat to the store Im a young woman came it to look for new frames and was discriminated for maybe look young. They didnt take the time to help me they made me feel awful and I wanted to look around to make a purchase.... there is this Hispanic woman who is very rude and unprofessional... cant believe she had the nerve to discriminate when she is also Hispanic... shame on her

I wanted to return a frame I had bought previously. I was told only one person in the store was able to do this and that she was busy. I waited 20 minutes but the person never became free and none of the other 4 people on the floor were able to help me. Eventually I ended up leaving. Will try a different location.

Too Expensive! I kept telling them my budget and they kept showing me expensive frames (300$ +) I was leaving to find another place to buy my frames...not until then, did they have something in my budget. Not the friendliest staff either!
