I have never been so disrespected in my life. Not only was I a paying customer, but I was a paying customer who asked about the authenticity of a separate pair of glasses i had bought from a different vendor. Not only did he refuse to even look at them, but he gave a shouting earful about how it wasnt his business to check glasses, humiliating me in front of everyone in the store. Not only is this not true, but it is also his job as an authorized dealer of Ray Bans, to check for authenticity of glasses even if they were not sold at his establishment. Not only was I humiliated in front of the staff and customers, but i was thoroughly insulted by his treatment of me as a person, not just a customer. I HIGHLY recommend sight optometry just a block down. Candace would never be so rude and would most certainly check the authenticity of your glasses and just be an overall decent human being. I feel bad for anyone that has to go to Site for Sore Eyes.

Today i had a very bad experience at this place. Despite the reception girls are very nice and polite, there is a manager or owner that will for sure make me never go to this place again. Its my secoud year for my 2 kids and me Going there for our anual vision check up. This time after I had to wait for more than half an hour to do my check up although I had an appointment, I was treated with rudeness and impoliteness from the guy that works (or owns ) the place. The reason why is that i only decided to order my prescription glasses and didnt go for prescription lenses as they were too expensive for me . The moment he figured out I was going to pay less money I was really mistreated. Although my son has bought a glass for $217 at the same time, which made me not being able to afford another $250 for colored prescripted lenses. Never again. If you want to feel mistreated and mishandled with the worest customer service go to this place ../

This was originally posted as a bad review but the owner, Kenny, changed my experience to a positive one. First the bad. I went to the Cupertino location to have my nose pads replaced. The tech scratched the lens, and not a small scratch. This was across half the lens. Then the lady there tried to play it off as "well stuff just happens." I had to explain to her that while that is true, but went she took possession of my glasses she assumed liability for stuff happening. That sounds bad, but now the good. When I contacted Kenny he apologized for my experience and replaced the lens with the same high index and transision lens that was damaged. He even offered to replace the other lens if the color didnt match due to the age difference. Thats how to handle a bad situation like this and display excellent customer service. That changed my original negative review to a five star one!

My insurance allows me one free pair of glasses, but the guy there convinced me to buy two pairs based on information that was false. He said I would receive a reimbursement check of $100, but the check was only $60. Then I bought contacts and he still hasnt it to the insurance. I think hes trying to use my contacts allowance in the new year so I have to buy more from him.
