If you care about your eyes, do not go to this place. The old guy who runs this place (i believe he is the owner) is very unprofessional. He does not have any sense of professional practices. He basically can do anything just for his own best interest, and does not care about customers interests. He is very short vision on business. I went to this place for a pair of glasses. While just 6 months later, I felt poor vision. I went to back to my optometrist, who is independent and only does exam south along El Camino. She checked my glasses and told me that the glasses had very poor quality and the glasses for the two eyes were not centered. They were off 5 mm. I went back to question this old guy. He literally said 5 mm was nothing, and blamed that my frame was too wide and my two eyes were too close! Give me a break man! Although I am not at your age and still young, I have done many pairs of glasses. Never had any complain that my eyes were too close. The young lady sitting inside the exam room was much better trained for doing business. I can literally heard that she argued with the old guy that he did not do a good job. In the end, he offered to replace a free pair, but I declined. I do not have any confidence on his work. My optometrist (she is also Chinese) told me that this shop used very cheap materials manufactured from other countries, and this shop does not have credibility even among their own community. He likes customers pay him cash. His tax claims would a big concern, based on his credibility. There is no negative star here. Otherwise, I will give one. As a customer, I hope the community has good business people and we help each other. This guys does not belong to here. Im in the Chinese restaurant nearby. Even he cannot treat me a regular customer honestly. How can he treat you well?

Pretty good, Ive had several eye exams here and theyve always delivered an efficient service without trying to prod me into getting new lenses when I didnt need them. Good range of frames, well organized for appointments.
